The Assunta Secondary School Art Gallery was packed out on 22nd November for the celebration of our 10 year anniversary. The afternoon was a huge success with well over 200 people – past and present students, teachers, and friends of the Trust – attending.

The event included speeches from Sister Enda, the founder of the Assunta school, Martin Jacques, the chair of the HVT, and the headteachers of the Assunta schools. These were followed by entertainment from Assunta alumni and current students: dancing, singing and comedy from Phoon Chi Ho.

Our thanks to Jonathan Soo for putting together a wonderful slideshow of the afternoon:

Full videos of the speeches can be found below, as well as a gallery with pictures from the event.

Thank You...

“When I came to Assunta I could not even read a word. After attending HVT tuition I can read millions and millions of books! God bless them. I am given a school bag, stationery and meals. I am taught English, Mathematics and Science. God bless HVT!!”
