The Assunta Secondary School Art Gallery was packed out on 22nd November for the celebration of our 10 year anniversary. The afternoon was a huge success with well over 200 people – past and present students, teachers, and friends of the Trust – attending.

The event included speeches from Sister Enda, the founder of the Assunta school, Martin Jacques, the chair of the HVT, and the headteachers of the Assunta schools. These were followed by entertainment from Assunta alumni and current students: dancing, singing and comedy from Phoon Chi Ho.

Our thanks to Jonathan Soo for putting together a wonderful slideshow of the afternoon:

Full videos of the speeches can be found below, as well as a gallery with pictures from the event.

Thank You...

“HVT has helped improve my studies. I am taught new mathematic methods. I have improved in my writing and reading skills. The HVT teachers are kind to the students. HVT has helped my mother save her money as I am given school uniforms, stationery, shoes, meals and a lot more. Thank you HVT!”
